Paresthesia

Paresthesia is a sensation of numbness, tingling, or "pins and needles" that can occur after gluteoplasty due to nerve irritation or injury. It may persist for months or years and is managed with massage or physical therapy. Severe cases may require further evaluation. See also gluteoplasty, neuroma.
